Springfield Educators: Come get books!

Jun 25, 2021

Great news! Reading Success by 4th Grade has teamed up with FirstBook and Disney Publishing to get an enormous shipment of books for young readers directly to the Springfield City Library's Mason Square Branch! So far, we've given about 10,000 books to local organizations, educators, and families. Let's add you to the list!

Let us help you in getting these books to YOUR students/kids/families!

Pick a time below to come pick up books. Individual educators and providers can pick up a book for each child served. If you work in a center, school, or larger organization, check in with your colleagues to schedule a pick up at the same time - we may have already coordinated something!

If you have already signed up as a volunteer to distribute books, you may use that same time slot to pick up books for your organization!  We simply ask that you indicate your same volunteer window on this sheet, so that we know you will be leaving with books during that time.

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up:

ABOUT THE BOOKS: These books are received in partnership with Disney Publishing and First book. The bulk of these books are for ages 3-4-5-6-7-8. There are limited chapter books and limited infant/toddler books. This free book offer is only while our current supply lasts. There are no guarantees in quantity of specific titles, and selection is first-come, first served. ***BRING YOUR OWN BOX, BIN, BAG, etc.****

PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME PICKING UP BOOKS

We want to spread the book-love throughout the city.
